ORDER

To place an order :     

1/ Visit our e-shop, then click on an item to display its product page.
2/ Check the product information, select your size and click on the "add to cart" button at the bottom right.
3/ Check the contents of your cart and click on "place order" at the bottom of the page.
4/ Create your account and enter your identity and delivery address or log in directly. Fill in your payment information and click on the order button.

DELIVERY

Our orders are shipped by DHL or DPD within 24h to 48h for France,  and 2 to 4 days for the rest of the world.

PAYMENT

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay and American Express) or by PayPal, directly on our website.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your order.
The security seal on the item must not be removed in case of a return request.
No returns or refund requests will be accepted if the seal has been removed.

RETURN PROCEDURE

If you wish to return an order, you must request a return slip by e-mail.
If you have paid for delivery, you will be charged the same amount for the return shipment.
(Returns are free of charge only for customers in France who have paid for delivery).
If you have not paid for delivery, the return will be charged according to the fees below:

20 euros for European customers
40 dollars for US customers
20 pounds for UK customers
55 dollars for Australian customers
35 dollars for Asian customers
40 dollars for customers from North/South America

If you wish to use your own return slip, the parcel is your sole responsibility. In the event of loss, you will not be reimbursed.
You are responsible for all customs fees, additional costs, etc. No parcel will be accepted by our team if there are additional fees to pay to receive the parcel.
